Terms of Service.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Trim & Grow's platform and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.
2. Service Description
Trim & Grow provides a growth operations platform connecting brands with vetted talent, project management infrastructure, and creative execution systems. Services are delivered on a project or retainer basis as agreed in your service agreement.
3. User Obligations
You agree to provide accurate information, maintain confidentiality of your account credentials, use the platform in compliance with all applicable laws, and not engage in any activity that disrupts or compromises the platform.
4. Payment Terms
Fees for services are outlined in your service agreement. Payments are due according to the invoicing schedule specified. Late payments may result in service suspension. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
5. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients receive full ownership of delivered work products. Trim & Grow retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio. Our platform software, branding, and proprietary methodologies remain our intellectual property.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the engagement. This includes business strategies, financial data, and operational processes. Confidentiality survives termination of the agreement.
7. Limitation of Liability
Trim & Grow's liability is limited to the total fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days written notice. Immediate termination may occur for material breach. Upon termination, outstanding fees remain due and deliverable work product will be transferred upon final payment.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Baltimore, Maryland.
